Hello!! I am a stay-at-home mother of 4 boys. I am not what you would call a good cook. I am a sufficient cook, but for normal things. I like baking better than cooking, but necessity dictates I need to cook. Something to work on!! I will tell you that when I figure it out!! Kicking the kids out of the kitchen because they are eating everything as it comes out of the oven!! I made a 3 layer chocolate fudge cake. It doesn't sound like much, but when you eat something so good, it is hard to believe that you made it!! I have a sinking feeling it is the dish I am attempting to make right now!!
