Slow Cooker Marmalade Curry Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2008
This is pretty good, a little to orange peely for me though, I didn't get to try the can of coconut milk because I forgot to get it at the store, maybe that takes it away and evens out the flavors cuz the orange over peels over power it, i'll make again though cuz my sister and dad loved it. I probably will try halving the marmelade though

PHILADELPHIA Smarter Fettuccine Alfredo

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2008
This was aewsome!!! Sauce was amazing! People are forgetting this is virtually a fat free alfredo sauce! I did fat free cream cheese spread instead and it was to die for still! I didn't mix the sauce with the noodles, I cooked noodles, put them over a plate, then put the chicken slices on the noodles pouring sauce over it. I also used entire box of fettucini and just 1 and a halfed the sauce recipe and it perfectly fed 4 people.

Campbell's® Chicken and Bean Burritos

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2008
This is awesome! Can't tell it's low fat. I made some changes to make it even healthier for you. I substituted the vegetable oil for fat free butter to sautee the onions in. I also used 96% fat free mission tortillas.I put in 1/4th t. of garlic powder, though you could probably go 1/2 t. if you like garlic. I added some light sour cream, lettuce and tomatoes to go inside making this dish very tasty and filling!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2008
This recipe was alright, I made the adjustments from a reviewer though and made it more cheesecake. I served this for Thanksgiving dinner and people wanted more of a pumpkin pie taste, and this tasted more like cheese cake, was kind of dry too but still had an alright flavor.

Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2008
All i have to say is WOW!!!!! I've never cooked a turkey before in my life! I cooked my very first Thanksgiving this year and used this recipe. I used a cooking bag like some suggested and I also buttered the outside of the turkey too. I doubled the recipe for the liquid part becuase we had a 23 pound turkey. My brother brought over his turkey he cooked too, and he's a top professional chef, and my turkey blew his away!! It was so tender and so flavorful, people in my family coudln't believe I made it. Best tasting turkey i've ever tasted and they have ever tasted in their life and we've eaten ALOT of Turkey! Also had PLENTY of drippings left over which made an AMAZING gravy!

Unstuffing Side Dish

This stuffing was amazing! Served this for Thanksgiving and my brothers family will only eat Stove Top. They brought their own, but tried mine, the Stove Top was thrown away and this stuff was devoured!

Never Enough Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2008
I LOVED this recipe! I served this as a side for my Thanksgiving dinner and got nothing but compliments! It was easy, and could stick it in the slow cooker and forget about it till dinner was ready. Only change I made is I doubled it, and used a 6 oz package of velveta cheese, and used French style green beans instead of cut.

Yummy Yellow Taters

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2008
These were AWESOME! They were the hit of my Thanksgiving dinner! I made them just the way your suppose to minus the food coloring, but near then end when they were done I about a half cup of cheese, and about a half a jar of Real bacon bits, and they were to die for! I only like instant, i HATE real mashed potatoes but I did them real this time for Thanksgiving, and I'll never go back to instant now because of this recipe!!

Thanksgiving Sweet Potatoes

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2008
I'm not a fan of sweet potatoes but these are really good! I didn't change a thing, I used canned, and my brother brought over his sweet potatoes for thanksgiving too he made and they were real, and mine tasted much better! So save some time and used the canned ones!

Great sauce! Super easy to make, tastes like sugar babies! I love that candy so I was happy, everyone else raved about it too, perfect for dipping caramel apples, or drizzling over that cheesecake!

Party Punch IX

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2008
AWESOME PUNCH!!! This turned out amazing, and I didn't change a thing, I left the sugar in and it was the right sweetness. People couldn't stop raving about it at my thanksgiving dinner. I cut the recipe in half and it serves 16 guests perfectly, had plenty left for seconds and thirds even for those who wanted it.

Double-Cheese Eggs Benedict

Reviewed: May 3, 2008
This is really good, I added a full cup of milk instead of a half cup because the sauce was too thick. I also cooked a slice of ham in a skillet then put it on wheat toast, put it back in skillet, and put a slice of munster cheese on it, covered till it melted slightly, then put the poached egg and the Hollaindaise sauce over the top, it was amazing!
