Dawn's Easy Red Velvet Sandwich Cookies
I made the cookies and left out the Bourbon completely, they turned out GREAT! I also left out coconut and pecans in the end, but everyone who ate these absolutely loved them! I've already gotten a request to make these again for the holidays. This is a super easy recipe to use with any cake mix/icing combination. I'm going to try others at some point!

Cookie Balls
These are delicious and so easy to make. I've made these a few times for parties, and they are gone within the hour! Although they can be a bit time consuming, what with rolling all of the balls out, and then coating and decorating each one, the recipe is very simple, and it's hard to mess up. Refrigerating the balls before you dip them will save a lot of mess, as I had a few crumble apart on me toward the end. The end product is SO worth the time and effort put into making them. Everyone loves them!

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III
Great chocolate cake recipe. I halved it and used it to make cupcakes, made a dozen perfectly. It was very moist, and not super sweet, but still tasted great. No changes to the recipe, works great as is.
