Best Brownies
These are great brownies! My boyfriend said that they were the best I've made (I usually use a Ghiradelli mix). I used coconut oil instead of melted butter- delicious! I'll definitely be using this recipe from now on.

Asian Beef with Snow Peas
This was awesome- I used sirloin, added a red bell pepper and used coconut oil. I also used rice wine vinegar because that's what I had on hand- it was delicious! I will double the sauce next time- it was great over brown rice.
