I started cooking while I was in High School, but not very much. But for the last 3 or so years, I've really gotten into it. I've been married for almost 7 years. We have 2 beautiful children. A boy, 6 and a girl, 4. I like pan frying meat, it's just more flavorful and easier to keep an eye on...not much of an oven person. I do like bbq-ing. A drunk chicken is the best...I'll add that later. lol. I just started doing holidays. I like doing Thanksgiving. But around Christmas time, since my dad passed, I get seasonal affective disorder. But I absolutely loved cooking for Thanksgiving and will probably do it every chance I get. I like doing the main dishes, turkey, sweet potatoes, etc. Last Thanksgiving everyone said that my dinner was better than my Mother-In-Laws. I had a big ego moment after that, lol. Most anything I bake.
