Hot Pizza Dip

My 18yr old son LOVED this dip! I made the recipe without alteration, though I did put it in the oven instead of the microwave. When I make it again, I'd maybe try other's suggestions letting the spices sit in the cr. cheese overnight. I also thought of making the dip a little lighter by adding sour cream to the base, but I don't know if this would make it too runny. I used low fat turkey pepperoni and didn't have any grease in the finished dip. I would double the recipe for a crowd for sure!

Bruschetta II

I felt this was too rich/heavy taste for what I was looking for, although it was very good with a lot of flavor. It was also very messy to make in my little food processor. I made the recipe as instructed without alterations.

Denise's Peanut Chicken

This was good, but it lacked the WOW factor as my son would say. I followed the suggestions of using crunchy peanut butter, broccoli, and hoisin sauce. The broccoli soaked up the sauce and its flavors, good addition! It did take a bit to thicken and I was getting worried it wasn't going to, but it did as others said it would. I would lessen the broth maybe next time. I served it on noodles. The flavors were very good and worth the try.

Glazed Meatloaf I

I enjoyed the topping on this meatloaf, usually I just use ketchup, so a nice change. I add tomato soup to my meatloaf, but never thought to add a boulion cube! Very good...

I really didn't care for this as it was just too rich. My boyfriend on the other hand ate the whole pan up and would give it a 4 star rating. Personal preference...
