I love to create dishes, Since I also love to eat I create with me in mind. My mom use to own a small soul food cafe. She made meals that were affordable and delicious. I pride myself on fixing meals under $10.00, I also have recipes to feed 6-10 people under $6.00 with leftovers. I love to bake. My daughter and I would bake cakes and cookies all the time. She has a passion for making baked goods especially our Chocolate Chip over load cookies, and I love to grill probaly my first love. If i ever start a catering company Its name will be Off Tha Bone BBQ Sunday Dinners,Holiday meals I still need work on my dressing I finally can make a sweet potato pie and peach coobler, But more importantly I can grill equal to my oldest brother Robert I still struggle with making chicken and dressing. But its sure fun trying. Every now and then my cookies come out flat and I know its something I did or left out.
