I made these cookies with the pulp leftover from juicing some carrots. I made them as an experiment to see if my kids would eat a cookie with a veggie in it. Of course, I didn't tell them what the orange piecies were till they tried it. They LOVED them, and I had to make more the next day. Even my 14yr old niece wanted seconds.

This ham turned out very well, considering it was my first time baking a ham!!! I thought the mustard was a little strong, but mixed with the maple syrup it help counteract the bitter with the sweet. Definitely will try it again.

This meatloaf was delicious! I don't really like ketchup, so the steak sauce (we used A1) was a tasty alternative. We didn't have onions or peppers on hand, and used pre-seasoned stuffing breadcrumbs without softening them. Very juicy, tasty, and not a crumb was left!
