I found my interest in cooking as a kid watching my mom make chili, biscuits and gravy, a lot of comfort food. As I got older I found myself stuck to the FoodNetwork channel all day, and cooking more and more, I love to cook for a big group of friends. I love to bake, especially for the holidays. I think Italian and quick fix meals for the week are my favorite. This year (2008) Will be my first year that I am cooking for thanksgiving for my own family. I usually cook with my mom, this will be interesting but I always look forward to cooking for the holidays.
