Jalapeno Chicken
I used filleted boneless breasts (about 1/2 inch thick)so I baked the chicken with the rub only for about 7 minutes, then basted a few times with a total of about 15 minutes in the 450 oven. They were delicious! I will make this again!

Red Velvet Cake
Came out perfect! My husband requested a red velvet cake as his birthday cake this year so I gave this recipe a shot. I took the advice of another reviewer and took the cake out of the oven just before it was completely cooked and let it sit in the pans for a while. It came out moist and absolutely perfect! I'll definitely be adding it to my cake repertoire!

Caramel Filled Chocolate Cookies
Delicious cookies! I made these as a change to our regular xmas cookies...they were the first to go. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
