Asparagus Swiss Quiche
I love thid recipe. It is one of my favorites. I mix it up a lot switching out asparagas for ham/ brocoli/ you name it and it works well. The only thing I do is double the entire ting to make a thicker more hearty quiche. And when I do make one I have to make at least 2 because they go so fast!. Great camping food by the way make a couple and you have a fantastic breakfast in the woods, Very good eaten cold. YUM Can't say enough good things about this dish. Try it. I dare ya :)

WOW This was sooo fast and tasted soooo delicious. I followed the recipe to the T. Whole family LOVED it includung picky 6 yr old daughter. Let me tell you, if it lasts 2 days in your house Its fabulous a couple days later! I doubled the recipe and had sandwiches all week for everyone.

Peanut Butter Vegetable Chicken Soup
This recipe supprised me, I like some others on here were doubtful of the peanut butter at first, but it really makes the soup. I used all natural reduced fat peanut butter and I thew in a handful of tri colored pasta for added color and thinkness. Definately a keeper!
