I dont think there was a thing to change on this delicious recipe! My wife made it exactly as you had it, and it was delicious. Granted, you can change the flavor of toppings or add chocolate and mix it up there.. but in terms of proportion and the base ingredients... perfect and delicious. We made it 4x in the first week...AWESOME!

Absolutely delicious! My family makes a mean banana bread, but this is so very moist. I took care not to mash the bananas too much and it created a very moist texture throughout. It takes that entire 60 mins to cook, but well worth the wait, easy to slap together, and tastes awesome. Make sure to store well as it stays moist. Very good recipe and highly recommended. I havent tried the vanilla or nuts as some have, but that will be my next attempt after letting my bananas overripen by accident! :o) Enjoy.

I made this recipe looking for a quick dinner meal for me and my wife. I get a little tired of regular breaded chicken and look to do more with chicken. So when I read this one, it was a slight twist. But I must admit this small twist made some of "THE" most tender, tasteful, and delicious baked chicken breasts I have ever made. I guess its all in the mayo. Whatever the reason, it is absolutely delicious and worth a try. Dont forget to use a fork to turn... the mayo will become messy to bread.... but either way, quick, easy, and well worth it. You dont taste the mayo... so if you dont like mayo.. just try it... you will love the moist chicken it produces without the mayo flavor.
