White Sauce

Tasted good! I doubled the recipe and used it over noodles. Added extra milk, ground pepper, dried basil and parmesan cheese. My 2 year old grandson loved it...

Best Ever Muffins

So easy to make and the ingredients I can easily find in my kitchen. I gree that it is a good base muffin recipe. Added chocolate chips in the batter and it tasted yummy.

Apple Strudel Muffins

Very good muffin. Used 2 apples, added 2 tsp cinnamon to the dry ingredients, 2 tablespoon milk, 1/2 cup raisins and sprinkled the batter with sugar/cinnamon mixture. Very yummy.... Made 12 big muffins. Baked for 25 minutes.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Nut Muffins

Mine turned out very moist and delicious. I left out the nuts because I did not have it. Used 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, and 1/2 tsp. salt. Mixed all the dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk the wet ingredients in another bowl. I then added the wet ingredients into the dry and mixed just until combined. Sprinkled more choc chips in the batter before baking. Very good. Yummy.......

Banana Crumb Muffins

Just finished baking this and they're almost gone. I followed the recipe except I used vegetable oil instead of butter, added 1 tsp vanilla and 1 tsp cinnamon in the mixture. I was a bit worried because my bananas were frozen, but the muffins turned out very good and very delicious. Thanks for this wonderful recipe.

Quick Yeast Rolls

Best Brownies

We loved this brownie. Made two batches of this last night and both turned out very gooey and not cakey. Doubled the recipe, used a 9x13 pan and as per other reviewer's suggestion used only 3 eggs. I mixed all the dry ingredients first, then added it to the butter mixture, careful not to overbeat. Added marsmallows and choc chips to the batter and sprinkle more choc chips before baking it. Baked for 25 minutes and very gooey and yummy. No need for frosting. This is a keeper. Thanks for this great recipe.

Crepes

This is a very easy recipe and the ingredients you can easily find in your kitchen. Doubled the recipe, added some sugar and vanilla. Put in the freezer for 15 minutes instead of refrigerating it for 1 hour. I did spread mango jam plus a slice of ripe mango and drizzled it with homemade cinnamon syrup from this site. Very yummy

Black Magic Cake

I have made this cake 3 times now using a 9x13 pan. Very moist and chocolaty. Used 1 cup cocoa. Tasted better the next day. Yummy cake.

One Minute Chocolate Icing

Tasted good and very easy to make. I had difficulty spreading it on to my cake as it became hard. Maybe I cooked it too long? I'll do better next time. Overall very good and yummy. Thanks for this great recipe.

Buttermilk Oatmeal Muffins

Very moist muffin. Doubled the recipe, used 1 cup all purpose flour and 1 cup wheat flour. Added 2 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1 cup chocolate chips. Very yummy. Made 24 muffins.

Chocolate Banana Bread

This bread is very yummy. Used butter instead of margarine, 2 1/2 cups flour instead of 3, (2 cups wheat flour and 1/2 all pur-purpose) and up the cocoa to 1/2 cup. I used yoghurt instead of sour cream and I mixed it with the mashed bananas I guess to avoid it getting darker. Also added 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 cup of raisins instead of choc chips. Very yummy.

Easy Morning Glory Muffins

These were great muffins. The things I did differently were using 1/2 cup oil and added 1 jar of apple blueberry (baby food. I did not have flaked coconuts available so I added chopped dried mangoes. Also added 2 tablespoons of plain yoghurt. So moist and very yummy. Made 12 muffins and small 1 pan.

Carrot Pineapple Cake I

So moist and delicious and we all loved it. The only change I made was adding 1 more cup of grated carrots in the batter coz I did not have flaked coconuts at that time and 1 cup of raisins. Soo yummy.....

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

I have made this recipe several times and WE ALL LOVED IT!!! Soooo moist... I usually doubled it and used a 9x13 pan. The only change I made was mashing the bananas instead of slicing and added chocolate chips to the batter. YUMMY. Thanks for the great recipe...
