Chunky Potato Soup
absolutley fantastic.made it as suggested.Only added garlic with the milk on others suggestions.My husband asked for more and it was amazing as he's no soup man.thanks for this recipe.

Enchilada Casserole II
Absolutley fantastic.Even my fussy kid loved this.Added the sweet corn and loaded it with extra mozzarella.it turned out yummy.Thanks for this recipe
