Bar Cookies from Cake Mix
This is a great basic recipe that I use all the time. I have two young kids and it's so easy to make and everyone always wants the recipe. I did take other reviewers advice and put 2 eggs and 3 T of water. I also change up the cake mix with a brownie cake mix sometimes but its definitely the best with the white cake mix. Thanks for the recipe!

Carrot Rice
This recipe is really original and ties in random ingredients that i would never put together but together tastes like one great party in your mouth. i didnt pulverize the peanuts, just crushed them by hand and added extra carrots and some garlic. needs a bunch of salt. delicious, thanks.

Eggplant Parmesan II
a great and healthier way to make eggplant parm. I used fresh basil and less sauce and it was restaurant style!
