Easy Salsa Meatloaf

Very tasty, but I would add about a 1/4 (or more) salsa next time. Perhaps some jalapeños or chilies, too.

Molasses Sugar Cookies II

I am so glad I tried this recipe! Moist and chewy, with the perfect amount of spice. The dough was so tasty; a large portion of it never got to see the inside of my oven. Delicious!

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I

I found they turned out crispy and crunchy - not chewy at all. Ok if you like a crispy biscuit, but I was looking for a something softer. I would definately add some vanilla next time. I forgot to add it and they were definately lacking. Otherwise, not bad cookies.
