Stuffed Green Peppers I
I think the canned tomato soup was too overwhelming, and not very good. It made it taste cheap, like...canned soup! I think I'll use regular tomato sauce next time, and not soup.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
This was so yummy! I made it exactly as it was written, but added carrots. I served it over egg noodles and my boyfriend and roommates all loved it! Great recipe...easy and a nice, comforting dinner.

Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad
This was so good and EASY to make! The sauce was great tasting and was neither too much nor too little to coat the pasta/chicken perfectly. I added snow peas, and next time I will probably add shredded carrots, too. It didn't have a lot of color/substance and needs veggies. SO yummy though!
