Bacon Tomato Chowder
We enjoyed this thoroughly, but must share our additions/changes. We have a gluten allergy in the house, so we naturally substituted GF flour mix for the all-purpose flour. We also added a bit of corn, salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, sauted onions and a little bit of the leftover bacon grease. I know it's terrible, but we only had cheap bacon so most of the flavor was GONE after cooking it. Also used organic 2% milk and some ricedream instead of half and half since that was what we had on hand. It seems to be a very flexible and delicious recipe! Thank you!!! The chowder was a huge success and we plan to make it again and again, as well as trying it out as a freezer meal.

Garlicky Baked Butternut Squash
had to 'force' this down our kids, and hubby and i were faking that we liked it...I think I followed the recipe pretty closely, but it just didn't do well at our table.

Dairy and Gluten-Free 'Buttermilk Pancakes'
This was a simple and straightforward recipe without the 'hundred and two ingredient' list often associated with GF baking. We were able to mix it up and be eating within minutes of looking up the recipe! Thanks for the great pancakes!!!
