Homemade Mac and Cheese
great base for a mac and cheese. Like others I added a few things to fit my families "tastes" .... dry mustard, onion powder, and worcestershire sauce. I also made it more "decadent" but using 1/2 cup of sour cream, a large can of evaporated milk, then topped off with whole milk to get the 3 cups liquid needed. I topped it with additional cheese before adding the bread crumbs/butter to create a nice "crust" .... THANK YOU so very much for this recipe!!!!!
