BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
I also used a cheaper cut (pork butt) and cooked this in my crock-pot all day (9hrs). I then removed the pork, shredded it and placed it back into the crock pot with about 2 cups of bar-b-q sauce. Everyone who's had it loved it. Also, the best way to recreate it is to save and freeze all the liquid the pork was simmering in for next time you make the recipe

Onion Rice Pilaf
Light and delicious! We served this with salmon and it accompanied the fish well. It was quick and easy to make.

Awesomely Easy Sesame Asparagus
We grilled the asparagus instead and it tasted great. As suggested, we saved some of the toasted sesame seeds and sprinkled them on at the end. It was a little too salty, but other than that it was excellent.
