Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze

Just made this for my family for Valentine's Day--it's a keeper. I adjusted the cooking time based on the thickness of the filets and added a bit of brown sugar as recommended by other reviewers.

Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

I have made this bread several times over the past year. I love the short ingredient list and how easy it is to mix and get in the oven. It is a kid favorite--I recently mailed a loaf to my son in college!
