It would definetely be Profiteroles stuffed with cream and dipped in chocolate and "palmeritas" (a mille feuille heart shaped like cookie)...

Chicken Satay
I really enjoyed this recipe. I made them in the oven and it still turned out really good. They were just a bit dry (but that might be the oven).

Bechamel Chicken Pasta
I used leftover penne noodles that were sitting in the firdge waiting to be made (cutting down on the amt of work). This turned out great! I did marinate the chiken in some spices beforehand though.
