I’ve made this recipe several times with success. Since I dislike cutting the squash, I bake it in the oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees along with one head of garlic – sprinkled with olive oil. (roasted garlic)
I’ve used vegetable broth as well as chicken broth. One package of the cream cheese instead of the two. I’ve also skipped the seasoning other than a pinch of the cayenne pepper.
