Canned Apple Pie Filling
I'm rating this a 4 only because I haven't tasted every thing together. The syrup has a great flavor and I can't wait to get a pie made. Easy recipe, you don't need the yellow food coloring, jars turn out beautiful. One of my jar bottoms broke, too bad I didn't read the review about not using metal knifes before hand.

Lemon Chicken II
I liked the recipe. Yes there was a problem with the batter staying on the chicken, but that could be caused by the heat of the oil. I probably would make smaller pieces of chicken. The lemon sauce was great and I can't wait to try my Meyer Lemon in this recipe. I made the recipe for 6 and there were 3 of us and no left overs. Everyone had ideas about using the lemon sauce for other things also. I would definitely make this again.

Chocolate Banana Cake
There was so much discussion on this recipe, I almost didn't make it. I followed the recipe as written, The batter didn't seem too thick. I watched the cake very closly as not to over bake. To my amazement, the cake was very dry. The only saving grace was the whipped cream and banana filling. I would not bake this cake again.
