Cranberry Orange Bread
Really liked the texture and contrast of tart berries with sweet bread. Will make again next year!

Cranana Jam
I like the concept, but it was way too sweet (I'm used to making low sugar jam) and the tartness of the cranberries didn't come through like I'd hoped. All I tasted was banana. I might try again with low sugar pectin and less banana. We'll see.

Fabulous Zucchini Grinders
Love these! So tasty. My husband, sick of zucchini by now, doesn't eve like zucchini, also likes them lots. Put cheese on top and bottom so no sogginess. Works great.
