Okra, Corn and Tomatoes
Txgirl, this was the BEST okra I have ever tasted!!! Didn't change a thing. Used a cast-iron skillet for preparation. Absolutely wonderful!

Chicken Marsala
Lisa, this was exceptional! I would say I didn't change a thing, however I had everything on hand but chicken. So, I used pork tenderloin!! Wonderful!

Szechwan Shrimp
Excellent! Tripled the sauce like some previous viewers suggested and added about 1/4 lb cooked spaghetti noodles to stir in at the end. Thanks so much for such a good idea!!
