Japanese Fruit Pie

I baked this pie and it wasn't quite the recipe I was looking for.. but that's not the recipes' fault. It was however super sweet. A good pie, but would cut the sugar a little next time.

I used all butter as most suggested & added the sugar 1st only 2 cups & then 1 cup at a time from there (as also suggested)... but found that I liked it best w/ all 4 cups. I made cupcakes for an event... and they all were among the 1st to get got gone…. everyone wanted to know…. who made them and how was the icing made.

Pecan Pie V

My family loved the pie. ( even those that aren't nut eaters) I cooked as directed expect I did lower temp as others suggested to 300 degree F. for about 55 minutes (took it out when I saw the top cracking). I included a picture.

Italian Chicken with Garlic and Lemon

This is a good recipe. I have 3 kids 7-12yrs and they ate it all asked for more. I was surprised. I like it myself, wasn't crazy in love with it. But it's, easy and tasty. Thanks

Tangy Honey Glazed Ham

This is a great recipe. I don't eat pork, and have never cooked a ham. Baked a ham for Christmas for my family and they were amazed. Because I don't eat pork, they couldn't believe how good it was. Great Recipe...

Red Skinned Potato Salad

This is the first time I have made Potato Salad. I fixed it for a dinner my mother was hosting and it was the best. I left out the bacon and put in a dag of sour cream.
