Buttertart Squares

I made these squares today and all I can say is decadent,decadent!! I omitted the coconut and doubled the batch. Made the squares and also a dozen tarts. By far the best butter tart recipe I have ever tasted. Lined the pan with parchment paper for easy removal. Thank you Cheryl!!!

Rhubarb Bread I

Gosh, all I can say is "yum,yum,yum" My daughter and son-in-law who are not big rhubarb fans begged to take a loaf home and of course I said yes. Definately a keeper.

Butter Tarts II

I followed the directions to the "T" and had to reduce the baking time to almost half. Also not runny enough in the centre. Won't make them again.
