Belgian Waffles
I scaled this recipe down to 1/2; it ended up making 5 waffles but was very good!

Homemade Maple Syrup
Great with the belgian waffles recipe from here. Substituted vanilla for maple and added 2 tbs of butter as others had suggested.

Pesto, Goat Cheese, and Sun-dried Tomatoes Quiche
I just got done making and enjoying this meal! I was expecting the flavors to be overpowering, but they all actually complimented each other quite well! I didn't really measure the pesto, goat cheese or tomatoes, just eye-balled it :-)
