Cream Cheese Cookie Cups
I have to say that I'm only reviewing the filling, because I was looking for something to fill some preformed Swiss Chocolate cups that I had been given, but the filling is WOW! Now I did do as another reviewer suggested and to make it lighter, I made per the instructions and then added some fresh whipped cream. Yumm! Now I'd like to make them with the cookie cups. Seems like they'd go really well with chocolate cookie cups too. Top with some Andes candies chips and you've got a great Christmas dessert!!

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins
These are ok, but they were kind of plain. I thought there would be more of a pumpkin flavor, but it wasn't very strong. We liked the streusal, though, so will probably use that on top of my standard pumpkin muffin.

Brownie Caramel Cheesecake
Kathy A was right on with her review. I followed her additions and it worked out really well. Only thing to add was she said "regular brownie mix," I bought a 22.5 oz. one and it was great. Used the nuts around the edge to keep the caramel from sticking, which worked great. Next time I would sprinkle them over the entire cooked brownie, b/c I did think it could use a little more pizazz. Next time I'm going jazz up the brownie a little more. But great recipe!!
