Slow Cooker Stuffing
Don't be afraid-give this a try!! What a snap to make and the flavor was great.Another holiday staple has entered the recipe book! I think next time I will leave out the high setting cook time-seemed the stuffing was done in 4 hours and just overcooked after that. I also played with the broth as it's easy to just add more if it's too dry for your tastes. Used baby bella mushrooms and really liked this recipe. As stated earlier- It tasted better after 4-5 hours of cooking instead of 8.

Baked Corn I
This dish was very easy to make and delicious as well. I used fresh frozen corn instead of canned and to really make this dish special- I sprinkle a crushed up tube of Ritz crackers- with scattered pats of butter on top...makes it fabulous!! I agree- cooking in a foil pan took forever!

Sweet Potato Souffle I
I microwaved fresh sweet potatoes and used the mixer to "mash" them. This was a wonderful, easy recipe that I will incorporate into every holiday meal!! I used 1/2 brown sugar/ 1/2 white sugar and substitued pecans for walnuts-what a dish!I suggest before adding any spices-try the recipe as is first- and tweak it later according to your tastes.
