Beer Brisket
My brisket turned out WAY too salty, I think because of using the bullion cube. I think next time I will substitute beef broth or add some water to the mix.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs
The chicken was moist and had an amazing flavor. This is a great summer grilling recipe.

Pollo (Chicken) Fricassee from Puerto Rico
Grate recipe. I made this for my first meeting with the in-laws and it turned out perfectly. I didn't change any of the sauce, I just used a fryer chicken instead of the dark meat. It had enough spice and zip and it turned out very tender & moist.
