Spicy Oil and Vinegar Bread Dip
Fantastic! My new favorite snack! I would suggest refrigerating in advance as the recipe states, but take it out of the refrig a bit before serving and let it come to room temp, otherwise it is very "sludgey" - almost too thick to pour. Once at room temp, it is fabulous! I am keeping leftovers (not that there was much), on the counter next to some yummy Italian bread.

Creamy Dill Cucumber Toasties
Yum yum. Very light and tasty. Good on cocktail bread, crackers, off a spoon, :) etc .! Nice lite party offering

Buffalo Chicken Dip
Changed a few things in this recipe to make it more "wing-like". DId not use canned chicken; I cook some chicken up in oil in a frying pan and then either shred it or cube it and add back in after the other stuff is mixed together. Used blue cheese dressing instead and did not use the cheddar cheese. We like to use it with crackers, tortilla chips, and even wrapped up in soft taco shells for a meal. yum yum
