Round Steak Sauerbraten
This was so tender for a tough cut of meat. I only had Au Jus Gravy mix and it added a lot of flavor. I also added 3 cloves of garlic and upped the red wine vinegar and brown sugar. My husband and I are on South Beach diet so we served it over braised broccoli. This is a keeper!

Creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta
We like our food spicey.....so I added a splash of Cayenne. I omitted the lemon juice. My husband can't stop raving about it. He thinks this recipe belongs in a restaurant.

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos
This was a delicious twist to traditional tacos. My husband even liked it and he is a "meat and potato" guy. He wants me to try it with seafood some time.
