Blondies II
I have tried other Blondie recipes and my family and I have always been disapppointed in them until now.I read the other reviews before trying the recipe and was a little hesitant at first. There was no need to be, they came out wonderfully. These are moist and delicious and have a great peanut butter flavor.Perhaps the ones who said they were dry and tasteless overcooked them? These are a truly decadent cookie.I will be making them again.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars IV
I made these for Easter but did as chocolover09suggested making the box brownies and putting these on top. They didnt stick to the brownies at all. Any suggestions to make them stick next time? They are still wonderful and very easy to make. My daughter agrees they taste exactly like a Reeses Peanut Butter Cup she cant stop sampling them.

Glazed Mint Brownies
I made these the other day my family loved them. They say it tasted like a York Peppermint Patty.I changed the recipe a little bit.I used a box brownie mix.I also made the filling with 2 Cups confectioners sugar,6 tsp butter added 2 1/2 tsp peppermint extract.I chilled the filling 30 minutes.Even with chilling it was hard to spread the melted chocolate chips on top. Next time when I make these I will just melt the chocolate chips and not add the butter. *HINT* Use a hot knife(dip it in hot water to heat)to cut the brownies on all sides. This way it makes it turn out like the picture thats posted.
