This was awesome!! I made it for Ladies Bible study and everyone raved about it. I did not have the dill so I added a half of package of dry ranch dip and for the veges I used red , yellow and orange peppers, carrots, celery and black olives. Very delish!!

Oven Beef Stew

This was delicious!! My family loved it. I did add a packet of dry mushroom onion soup mix and a few stalks fo celery. I also double to recipe to be able to freeze some for my husbands lunches.

Cabbage Soup II

This soup was awesome. I added an additional clove of garlic and I substituted 4 slices of bacon for the ham. Needed to add a little more salt and it was perfect

Pineapple Bread Pudding

I am not normally a bread pudding eater but this is delicious! Whipped cream a must on top. Best when eaten warm.

Baked Apricot Chicken

This chicken was awesome! I substituted mango jam for apricot and baked chicken with out skin and it was perfect. My husband raved it was the best chicken I have ever made!
