Terrific Turkey Meat Loaf

Not a big fan of turkey meatloaf but this was actually really good. It had a really nice flavor. Like the other reviewers, I did add ketchup to the top and used italian breadcrumbs.

Baked Potato Skins

Very yummy! I followed the directions exactly. The only thing I would change next time would be to not put the seasoning on the outside of the skins. It just made them messy.

Feta Chicken

This recipe is wonderful! One of my boyfriend's favorite! I followed some of the other advice and used plain feta and added my own sundried tomatoes and basil. I also drizzled some butter on top while it was baking. Great recipe!

This was wonderful! I followed the directions exactly. The only thing I would change is doing the entire process of seasoning and stuffing the chicken one portion at a time, otherwise the seasoning came off the outside of the chicken breast.

My boyfriend absolutely loved this! Very easy to make and a healthier way of having enchiladas. I realized I didn't have any taco seasoning so I made my own and it turned out great!

Easier Chicken Marsala

Garlic Lover's Chicken

This was very good and followed the recipe almost exactly but I did add a little more garlic (we love garlic!)and I put it in the butter before melting it so we could get the full flavor. Very good low-calorie meal.
