Lighter Banana Muffins
These were just okay. They were very heavy.

Baked Potato Skins
Very yummy! I followed the directions exactly. The only thing I would change next time would be to not put the seasoning on the outside of the skins. It just made them messy.

Mini Cheesecakes
These were a big hit! I used a graham cracker crust and and strawberry topping and they turned out great!
