My name is Amanda I have always loved to cook. Most people say that its just relaxing but its way more then that cooking takes you way beyond there to a different world a different way of thinking about things. I have been cooking since i was 7 and I am now 13 about to go on 14. I hope to one day become a widely known chef in the world. I mostly cook desserts but every once in a blue moon I will cook a main course. I have mainly stuck with desserts cause thats what most people like the most. but I cook desserts a lot more then main courses. My family hasnt really been hip on cooking. I kinda taught myself. But my grandmother would cook up a storm im tellin ya. Shes a real northern Bell. I learned some things from her. And I'm glad to say that she is very proud of my efferts I put forth to my cooking.
