Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this recipe! Made it twice - once with really good vinegar, once (tonight) with the cheap stuff cause that's all I had... it was still amazing! Served with asparagus sauteed in garlic to make up for the lack of garlic in the recipe (:

Best Ever Saucy Beef Kabobs
This is a great recipe! The skewers turn out very rich in tomato-flavour... very savoury! The sauce is fantastic. I usually only make sweeter, teriyaki-flavoured kebabs so this is a great change. I am hooked on this recipe now - thanks!!

Kabobs
This has become a staple recipe of mine for skewers... the meat & veggies always turn out perfectly glazed with a nice sweet taste! Great with roasted corn and Corona!!
