Joy's Prizewinning Trifle
Fabulous! Any fruit works great...even mandarin oranges! Make the pudding first according to package directions, otherwise it's grainy.

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken
Perfect! Monterey Jack cheese worked fabulously! Melt some extra on top when it's done cooking.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
We used chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and coconut, all totaling 2 cups, and WE LOVE these cookies! Excellent recipe! Refrigerating the dough DOES improve their looks and taste.
