In the fall in Minnesota when the weather turns colder, I love to bake any type of goodies, breads. My favorite fall meal is soups made in the slow-cooker with corn bread... At halloween when the kids were little, we would make "mini" pizza's out of bagels, english muffins and all the fixings before we went out trick or treating...And then come back home for Hot Apple Cider & cinnamon sticks to warm us up... The kids to this day, even though they are all grown up now, still ask if they can come over for halloween and make the "mini" pizza's I will pass this on to my grandchildren some day.. My family loves my homemade meatloaf which is a secret recipe.... I have yet to master making good chocolate chip cookies... Mine always turn out flat and hard/crunchy.. I have tried everything..Now I cheat and buy the already made cookie dough and just make them that way...
