Chicken and Mushroom Saute
This chicken is really fast and easy. I'm not usually a fan of the pan-fried taste or texture, but this recipe makes a FABULOUS mushroom gravy. Yum, and really easy!

Heavenly Halibut
I'm not the biggest fan of Halibut (a bit bland for my tastes) but the recipe itself is fabulous. HINT: I topped this dish with some French Fried Onion Rings (like the kind you use in Green Bean Casserole) right before putting it in the broiler the second time. Adds a nice flavor and crunch!
