I love to cook for Thanksgiving. That delicious turkey is my favorite meal of the year. Plus I make a perfect gravy! That I have mastered!!!! I also cater great meals. Mostly for our church, I have never done it on a completely professional level, but I am preparing for an upcoming wedding that I am catering as a favor for friends. The most recent was not giving enough time for the filet roast to thaw for Christmas dinner. When we usually eat at 3, we were not eating until after 6 this year.
