Great way to use leftover chicken. I scaled this down to half using what I had on hand...1 can cream of mushroom no cream of chicken. I use chicken granules and water instead of broth. Lastly, 9 oz regular egg noodles. This came out tasty so I figure it I could have followed the recipe closer it would have been very tasty. My only suggestion is to cover the simmering noodles to speed up cooking time but stir often to ensure there is not sticking.

I cut the recipe in half and it was enough for 2. I forgot the cinnamon and it still came out great. I really like the suggestion of another reviewer to top with melted butter and honey.
