Banana Nut Bread Baked in a Jar
This is the most wonderful jar-cake recipe I ever tried! Muffins are great for the microwave: 600 watt for 1 1/2 mins.

Beer Cake I
This recipe is a hit! I took Golden Beer (very mild German Beer) and it was fantasticly fluffy! I made muffins in the microwave for 1 1/2 mins. at 850 watts and it turned out wonderful. The main batter was in the oven and similar tasteful but not that quick ;)

This and That BBQ Sauce
This is a wonderful quick and easy sauce. Brown Sauce is an english ketchup-like sauce. I think its similar to brown sauce by Heinz. It's a litte too much vinegar, so I will try with the molasses the next time.
