We are now fans of chicken! Anyone who stops by when I've made the chicken cannot believe how good it is, even the next day. The rub is so good that I convinced my mother-in-law to use it on a turkey at Christmas. It was a huge hit!

My husband really liked this! We used andouille sausage instead of the beef sausage. Also, we used 2 boxes of dirty rice mix with 4 cups of water as suggested in previous reviews. We used green onions and a 14oz can of diced tomatoes(without the chiles). I personally am not a big fan of anything too spicy but I even think this dish has great flavor! We will definitely make again!

All i can say is YUMMY! I followed some advice of previous comments and made the following modifications: 1c sugar, 3 bananas, and mini chocolate chips. Thank you for sharing this awesome recipe!
