Roast Chicken with Rosemary
Followed the main review, except for adding the lemons, as we didn't have any on hand. Delicious. For a 5lb chicken should have cooked it for 1 1/2hrs, as the internal thermometer went off, but we kept cooking it to keep with the recipe directions. The meat was dried out.

Honey Baked Chicken II
Simple and easy recipe. We always use thighs or legs as white meat tends to get too dried out. Also, we follow other reviews and cut back the butter, cover for half of the cooking time and then uncover.

Beef Fajitas
Didn't have enough lemon juice, so used lime juice and lime peel too. Still didn't have the full amount, but it tasted great. Only marinated for 2 hours. Wrapped it with guacamole, lettuce, salsa and cheddar cheese. Will make again.
