Use recipe for "Basic Crepes". Heat one large can of peaches, undrained and all stone pieces removed, on medium low heat. Add a generous sprinkle of granulated sugar to the top and 1 1/2 teaspoons of flour to thicken sauce. Stir until smooth. When crepes are done, spoon peach compote to edge of crepe and roll inside. Top peach crepes with whip cream and a sprinkle of powdered sugar if desired!
