I am a passionate cook who loves to cook for his family. Born to a Colombian couple in the year of 1984 in the month of March in a little town southwest of Bogota. Since I was a kid I loved to watch grandma cooking at her old fashion kitchen, brick ovens and stuff like that. Thru the years and when I am commencing my adolescence, I doscoverd that what I really wanted to do for living was cooking, so that's how I got into this beautiful world of food thanks to my Grandma and Mom who were my inspiration. Latin cuisine, specially Caribbean and South American, Cuban, Peruvian and Of course Colombian with a modern touch of Novo Andino and Latino. Thru family history, garlic, rice, beans, onions, and tomatoes can never be missed in our pantries.
